The Ministry of Tourism (MTur) has just launched a groundbreaking tool to further connect public administrators and tourist regions across the country: a Exclusive customer service channel via WhatsApp., aimed at strengthening Tourism Regionalization Program (PRT)

What is the MTur's exclusive channel? 

The channel was created to facilitate direct contact between the Ministry of Tourism and professionals working on the implementation of the regionalization policy. 

By number (61) 2023-7261, Managers and interlocutors can send messages via WhatsApp to Ask questions, receive guidance, and obtain up-to-date information. Regarding the instruments and programs that are part of the PRT, such as: 

  • Map of Brazilian Tourism and its update criteria; 
  • Categorization of municipalities and the responsibilities of each management level; 
  • Organization and operation of IGRs
  • Regional tourism plans and policies to strengthen governance. 

The service is provided directly by the ministry's technical team, guaranteeing agile and targeted responses to local realities
