The project, initiated in 2021, began to be implemented with the assistance of Girus Solu\u00e7\u00f5es em Turismo in 2023. This project was developed with the objective of valuing the cultural and natural identity of the territory, attracting tourists and visitors throughout the year, and strengthening tourism businesses in the Costa Verde &amp; Mar region.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Context<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Located in the north-central region of the state of Santa Catarina, the Costa Verde &amp; Mar (Green Coast &amp; Sea) comprises the municipalities of Balne\u00e1rio Cambori\u00fa, Balne\u00e1rio Pi\u00e7arras, Bombinhas, Cambori\u00fa, Ilhota, Itaja\u00ed, Itapema, Navegantes, Penha, and Porto Belo. It is a renowned tourist destination offering a diverse range of leisure and entertainment options for various audiences. With enchanting natural beauty, typical cuisine, varied cultural events, and shopping opportunities, the region provides a diverse and complete experience for tourists and visitors from various regions of Brazil and abroad.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Partnership with Girus Tourism Solutions<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>An innovative initiative that emerged from the collaboration between the Costa Verde &amp; Mar Intermunicipal Tourism Consortium (CITMAR) and Sebrae\/SC, the Costa Verde &amp; Mar Experiences project is transforming the region into an epicenter of sustainable and enriching tourism experiences, as well as fostering the economic development of tourism businesses located in the municipalities that make up the Costa Verde &amp; Mar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Girus Solu\u00e7\u00f5es em Turismo&#039;s involvement in the development of the Costa Verde &amp; Mar Experi\u00eancias project included the following activities:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Validation of tourism experiences: <\/strong>After<strong> <\/strong>definition of the projects<strong> <\/strong>Selected by the tourism agencies of the municipalities that make up the region, the consulting firm conducted field visits, developed Improvement Plans for each of the companies, defined the minimum criteria to be met, and validated the tourist experiences offered.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sustainable Governance: <\/strong>Starting from<strong> <\/strong>Following the validation of the experiences, an efficient governance structure was created to ensure the project&#039;s sustainability, involving businesses that promote tourism experiences on the Costa Verde &amp; Mar. Technical Chambers for Management, Communication and Marketing, and Sustainability were established.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Brand Development:<\/strong>Based on the brand concepts of the Costa Verde &amp; Mar tourist region, the Costa Verde &amp; Mar Experi\u00eancias brand was created, representing the main attributes that make up the region&#039;s tourist appeal, with an emphasis on the green of the forests, the sun, and the beautiful beaches.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Social Media Management:<\/strong>Implementation and active management of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/costaverdemarexperiencias\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/costaverdemarexperiencias\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social media<\/a><\/strong> Costa Verde &amp; Mar Experi\u00eancias aims to build an online community and promote the project.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Website Development: <\/strong>Development of a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/costaverdeemarexperiencias.com.br\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/costaverdeemarexperiencias.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">informative website<\/a><\/strong> which functions as a central information hub for tourists and visitors interested in having memorable tourist experiences.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Results<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Costa Verde &amp; Mar Experi\u00eancias project quickly gained recognition and success, generating the following results:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Offering 13 tourist experiences linked to different themes such as: Art and Culture, Gastronomy, Nature and Adventure, Wine and Cacha\u00e7a.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support for attracting tourists and visitors from various regions of Brazil and abroad, mainly from Argentina, Chile, and Paraguay.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contributing to the economic development of the municipalities that make up the Costa Verde &amp; Mar region, boosting the tourism production chain in the area;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Costa Verde &amp; Mar Experi\u00eancias project exemplifies the transformative potential of well-planned and executed initiatives in the tourism sector. By valuing the cultural and natural identity of a region, promoting sustainable tourism experiences, and strengthening the local economy, the project not only supports attracting visitors from various parts of Brazil and abroad, but also consolidates Costa Verde &amp; Mar as a benchmark destination in the Santa Catarina and Brazilian tourism landscape.
