At Girus Solu\u00e7\u00f5es em Turismo, we work on the development of tourist destinations and ventures using a strategic, technical, and collaborative approach, connecting planning, qualification, and market positioning. In Rancho Queimado, our work began at the end of 2025 and continues throughout 2026, focusing on the structuring and implementation of... Rancho Queimado Agritourism Route<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project arose from the identification of rural initiatives with great tourism potential, but which were still operating in isolation, without integration, standardization, or structured marketing strategies. Our role is to transform these initiatives into an organized tourism product, capable of generating value for local entrepreneurs, strengthening the municipality's identity, and increasing its attractiveness as a destination. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Local partnerships and calls for investment.<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We began our work by engaging with the municipality and local stakeholders, establishing dialogue with rural entrepreneurs interested in joining the route. We led the process of building and promoting a... public call for proposals<\/strong>, ensuring clear participation criteria and encouraging the participation of different types of rural properties. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This step was crucial for presenting the proposal, aligning expectations, and building a solid base of participants for the project's development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kick-off meeting<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As an initial step in the work, we carried out the kick-off meeting<\/strong> with interested entrepreneurs. The meeting focused on: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          After the kick-off, we developed and implemented a structured information gathering form<\/strong>, This form, used as a strategic tool to understand the profile of interested properties, allowed us to map: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Until now, 17 businesses responded to the form.<\/strong>, providing essential data for route planning and the organization of technical visits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Technical diagnosis of the projects <\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                    Based on the information gathered, we begin the phase of on-site technical diagnosis<\/strong>. The visits allow us to analyze each project individually, considering: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              Boa Vista Park<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              Boa Vista Park is a space dedicated to contemplation and contact with nature, located in Alto da Boa Vista. It features seven natural viewpoints, leisure areas, camping, lakes, waterfalls, and attractions such as the Infinity Swing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              Choco Rancho is an artisanal chocolate factory with over 30 years of family tradition, located in Taquaras. The business combines artisanal production, a coffee shop, and a "pick-your-own" option, offering visitors an experience linked to rural and gastronomic tourism.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              L\u00e9o Schutz's Pick-Yourself is a family business with over 20 years of experience in strawberry cultivation. It offers a pick-your-own experience, as well as the sale of strawberries and frozen fruit.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              Queijaria Boca da Serra is an artisanal cheese factory that produces award-winning cheeses from milk from grass-fed cows, valuing the terroir and tradition of the region.

                              Training and monitoring of improvements<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                              As part of our work, the following are planned: training workshops<\/strong> aimed at participating entrepreneurs, covering topics such as visitor service, organizing experiences, communication, and pricing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              In parallel, we will carry out the analysis of the improvements implemented<\/strong>, monitoring the implementation of technical guidelines and evaluating the impacts of these actions on improving the quality of the tourist experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              The structuring of the tourism product includes the development of visual identity of the Rancho Queimado Agrotourism Route<\/strong>, an essential element for unifying communication, strengthening route recognition, and supporting outreach efforts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              As a consolidation step, we will be responsible for formatting a digital catalog<\/strong>, bringing together all the experiences of the route, with clear information for the visitor and a focus on promoting the destination. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              Our work in Rancho Queimado reinforces Girus' commitment to structuring projects, built collaboratively and results-oriented.
